Halsey & Griffith services Ricoh manufactured copiers, facsimile, duplicators and multifunctional equipment including Savin, Nashuatec, Gestetner and others. Our technicians are highly trained and experienced. Many of them have won top awards from Ricoh's stringent technical training programs.

But at Halsey & Griffith, we know that technical expertise is not all that our customers expect. Our technicians understand that customer service is a big part of their job. You can expect a professional who will fully explain the service issues, train your users when needed and use their technical skills to keep your Ricoh equipment operating at peak performance.

If you are a new customer, we will send a technician to your office to evaluate your service needs. Our technician will analyze your Ricoh equipment and give you a no obligation estimate to make the needed repairs. There is a minimal charge for the evaluation.

We offer a variety of service plans designed to fit our customers needs. For copiers, we offer cost per copy plans that include all parts, labor and supplies (everything except paper and staples). When Halsey & Griffith says all parts we mean all parts, we don't exclude any part such as the drum, no matter how expensive it is (exclusive of customer abuse of equipment). We also include all travel expense into our cpc quote, also for those customers with supplies included in their contract we waive all shipping charges when covered supplies are requested. There will be no hidden costs in doing business with Halsey & Griffith.

Our facsimile and stencil duplicator service plans cover all parts and labor exclusive of supplies. Each technician carries an inventory of consumable parts for their immediate use. They are backed up by Halsey & Griffith's extensive inventory of the most requested parts. Ricoh supports our service efforts with the very sophisticated parts distribution center that enables us to get most emergency parts the next business day. Ricoh guarantees parts availability for seven years after a product has been discontinued from sale.

Service billing can be done on an annual basis or a monthly basis. Either way you will pay only for the copies you make, Monthly contracts cost about 10% more than annual contract because of the expense of producing 12 bills and having to interrupt your day once a month to obtain a current meter read.
