Pricing:
Remote troubleshooting and resolution of network related issues are billed at $75.00 per hour. Onsite Network Support is billed at $150.00 per hour. Support for issues caused by equipment malfunction are covered under the customer’s maintenance agreement. Support for issues caused by change in customer network (servers, pc’s, switches, cabling etc.) are billed at our standard support rates.
